课题组简介


杨友课题组成立于20149月,课题组依托澳门十大正规平台网站上海市新药设计重点实验室,面向国家重大需求和人民生命健康,以糖化学和糖类药物的研究为核心,针对细菌、肿瘤和病毒等导致的重大疾病药物的研发,发展绿色、简捷、实用的糖合成方法,高效完成难以实现的聚糖的合成,系统评价聚糖的免疫、抗肿瘤和抗病毒功能。

课题组长:杨友,华东理工大学教授,博士生导师,国家海外高层次青年人才(2015),上海市浦江人才(2015),华东理工大学青年英才(2015)。中国化学会糖化学专业委员会委员(2019),中国生化制药工业协会糖类药物分会专家委员会委员(2020)。

        2004年毕业于中国科学技术大学化学系,获理学学士学位。随后由中国科学技术大学和中国科学院上海有机化学研究所联合培养,于2010年获中国科学技术大学理学博士学位。20108月至20146月,在德国马克斯–普朗克胶体与界面研究所进行博士后研究。20149月至20158月,澳门十大正规平台网站副教授。20159月至今,任澳门十大正规平台网站教授、博士生导师。

        主要从事糖化学和糖类药物的研究。承担国家海外高层次人才引进计划青年项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目2项、上海市浦江人才计划项目等。在Chem. Rev., J. Am. Chem. Soc. (2), Nat. Prod. Rep., Chem. Sci., Green Chem., Chem. Biol., Chin. J. Chem., Org. Lett. (5), J. Org. Chem. (4)等学术刊物上发表论文40撰写英文学术专著Adv. Carbohydr. Chem. Biochem. 1个章节,申请国内外发明专利7项(授权2项)。获得华东理工大学青年五四奖章(2017),Young Carbohydrate Researchers in Asia by Carbohydr. Res.2017Top 1% Highly Cited Chinese Authors by RSC2017,中国药学会-施维雅青年药物化学奖(2018),华东理工大学青年英才校长奖(2019),中国化学会“中国青年化学家元素周期表”钅波元素代言人(2019),New Talent by Org. Biomol. Chem.2019)等荣誉和奖励。
